At Ronaya Design, we strive for satisfied customers and high-quality products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Policy

• The item must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed .
  
• All labels and packaging must be in original condition .

• Sale items cannot be returned.
  

How can you return?

1. Send an email to info@ronaya.nl with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. You will receive return instructions within 24 hours.
   
3. Please return the package to the specified address.
   
4. Once we have received and checked the item, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days .
   

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are for the customer .
  
• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse all costs.
